Staging is about creating a positive visual presentation of a home’s attributes and architectural features. This is done by removing distractions and rearranging or editing furniture and accessories. A staged home is bright, spacious and clutter-free, creating an inviting space in which buyers can picture themselves with their own belongings.

WHAT DOES STAGING COST? |
Fees begin at $125 for a staging consultation of a home with 1500 total sq.ft. The larger the home and the more detailed the service level, the higher the cost.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT SERVICE LEVELS? |
1. CONSULTATION: Verbal recommendations to the seller on what should be done to best prepare their property for showing and selling. Includes room-by-room and curb appeal evaluations.
2. WRITTEN STAGING PLAN: Preparation of a comprehensive Do-To-Sell Report with room-by-room and curb appeal recommendations for the seller’s use, to best prepare their property for showing and selling.
3. HANDS-ON-STAGING: Working with the seller’s existing furniture, art and accessories, we will transform your home’s interior for maximum sales impact.

WHAT IS AN ACCREDITED STAGING PROFESSIONAL™ (ASP™)? |
An Accredited Staging Professional™ or ASP™ has been specifically trained to prepare a home for the real estate market. As Accredited Staging Professionals™, we objectively review , we objectively review a property and make recommendations that will accentuate the home’s existing qualities and increase its value for a buyer.
